Ex-Clover teacher, coach accused of having sex with student

It is against South Carolina law for a person “affiliated with a … school in an official capacity” to have sex with a student, even if the relationship is consensual. If the student is 16 or 17 years old, the crime is a felony and that person could face up to five years in prison.

Former Christian school teacher sentenced to 210 years

U.S. District Judge Roy B. Dalton. Jr. sentenced Matthew C. Graziotti, 43, of Edgewater to 210 years in federal prison for producing, distributing, and possessing child pornography.  The court also ordered him to serve a lifetime of supervision following his release from prison and to forfeit the electronic devices that he had used to commit the crimes.
